Chris Dorn is passionate about helping entrepreneurs launch and manage their businesses and non-profits, and to pivot when necessary.

Christopher H. Dorn

Owner/Member
Prior to opening his law office, Chris negotiated political, economic, and status of forces agreements at the Department of State; negotiated acquisitions, investments, and managed a software business at Canon USA; advised on acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings at Bain & Company; and was a mergers & acquisitions associate at Shearman & Sterling in New York. He earned his BS, MS, and JD degrees from Columbia University, as well as a post-graduate certificate in artificial intelligence and machine learning at the University of Texas Austin. He is licensed in New York and the District of Columbia.
